One will receive alert and you can take action like talk back to the people at your doorstep.

Ring doorbell has been around controversy from the day it has been launched because of its various security issues.While Doorbell has resolved some of the issue but its track record with privacy is still not good.Here are some of the latest concern
- A major IOT Dojo has found that hacker can intercept your Ring Doorbell by accessing the network on with your Ring devices are connected.The data traveling between the Ring device and its application is not encrypted, thus attackers can monitor your live feed thus knowing who is in or out of the house.However, Amazon has claimed that is going to fix the problem it the latest update of the application.
- It has also been claimed that Ring doorbell also sends the data to the China. Even the company is has acknowledged the issue and they are going to resolve the issue soon. But still user privacy is being violated which is main cause of concern to our nation law enforcement forces.
- There were also reports that user who have changed their password were still able to access the app with the old password.
- First of all secure your WIFI put a strong password and enable your SSID broadcast.
- Use good antivirus and firewall.
- Keep your application up to date.
- Don't keep your footage on the Ring Cloud for long delete it if it has no use to you.So that there is less info about you available on internet.
